Spray polyurethane foam is applied as a liquid and expands into a monolithic layer over the existing roof. It flows around every curb and conduit and cures into a single continuous surface — no laps, no fasteners, nothing to un-seam. Because it is sprayed to variable thickness, low spots can be built up so water runs to the drains instead of sitting.

Do you do emergency roof tarping in Warren?

Can you roof a building while manufacturing continues underneath?

We coordinate around shift changes, exhaust stacks and intake louvers so overspray and odor are controlled, and we mask or shut down intakes during application as needed.
What about roofs with heavy rooftop equipment and lots of penetrations?
Those are the roofs foam is best at. Every curb, conduit, gas line support, exhaust fan and unit pad becomes a flashing detail on a membrane roof, and every one of those details is a future leak. Foam is sprayed around them and self-flashes, so there is no seam to fail. Warren industrial roofs often have hundreds of penetrations and that is exactly where a seamless system pays for itself.
